Martin Parr curates our exhibition

Martin Parr choses the pictures for our first ever St Philip’s Marsh photography exhibition.

Perhaps the most successful British photographer of his generation, Magnum member Martin Parr creates colorful images that, ranging in subject from crumbling British seaside towns to international hubs of consumer culture, offer witty, unblinking insights into contemporary life. We thought he would be perfect to curate our first exhibition of children and staff photographs.

Come in and see the exhibition in the foyer or have a look in the website gallery under Martin Parr curates.

We hope this will be the first of many exhibitions, the next will be picked by our Goveners.

All the photos on exhibit are avaliable to buy, the money will be put towards the cost of the next exhibition.

Dinner Money

It is really helpful if you can pay dinner money weekly in advance by cheque made payable to Bristol City Council, or cash. The administration of dinner money is very time consuming, and the school is not allowed to carry arrears. Any arrears have to be paid for out of the school’s limited budget, which takes money away from the children’s educational needs.

The costs are:

1 Day £2.10

2 Days £4.20

3 Days £6.30

4 Days £8.40

5 Days £10.50
